David brings over 37 years of practical working experience in the financial service industry to his clients. In order to provide the best insight and knowledge available, David works with a team of specialists from Northwestern Mutual to align with the specific needs of each client. Understanding that each client’s needs are unique, David provides a customized solution specific to each corporation or individual.

David specializes working with banks and corporations to design, administer and assist in the informal financing of Nonqualified Executive Compensation and Benefit Plans and Bank Owned and Corporate Owned Life Insurance programs to attract, retain and reward key executives.

Overview of Services

• Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) is a life insurance policy written on the life of an employee in which the financial institution is the owner, payer, and beneficiary. Financial institutions purchase life insurance to achieve attractive tax-free yields and to finance the costs of medical coverage, and post-retirement employee benefits such as group term life insurance and supplemental retirement plans.
